How to use the BV Check Test

    1. Wash your hands.

    2. Get comfortable.
       Either stand with one leg elevated (like on a chair) or sit comfortably on the toilet.

    3. Collect your vaginal sample.

      • Open the swab package carefully without touching the soft tip.

      • Insert the swab gently into your vagina, aiming toward your lower back.

      • Rotate the swab for 10 to 30 seconds, making sure it contacts the lower third of your vaginal wall to absorb fluid.

      • Secure your sample.

        • Place the swab back into the collection tube, seal it tightly, and follow the instructions provided to prepare it for return shipping.

      • Send it back.
